We process your personal data as part of a customer relationship and / or through our cooperation.

General personal information: We deal primarily with general information such as name, address, contact data, CVR number, CHR no.

4 Retention of personal data
The personal data we collect in connection with the customer and / or cooperation relationship will be stored securely and confidentially. Pure physical in locked archive and electronically on locked server.
It is only persons with an objective need who have legal access to your personal data.
Your personal data will be stored as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth herein.
This means that your personal information is generally kept as long as you are a representative of your business, which is a customer or supplier with us, unless otherwise required or permitted under the EU data protection law or local law. When we no longer need to store your personal data under the data processing purposes, they will be deleted or anonymized in such a way that the information can no longer identify you.

6 Passing on your personal information
We disclose and do not share your personal information with third parties except for KJ’s subcontractors. However, we may be required to disclose your personal data to relevant public authorities if required by law.
In the case of credit granting and financing solutions, you can contact the credit insurance / leasing company with a request for solvency and financial capacity and this will process the request and we will receive an undertaking or a refusal on behalf of the customer.

- You also have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and to limit the processing of your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Your revocation will not affect the lawfulness of the processing made prior to your revocation of your consent.
